What Causes Constant Light Headed Feeling While Lying Down Or Standing?

I feel light headed sometimes when I lay dwn and while I stand but I can still do everything it s only for a few seconds but I havnt been sleeping to well, like il sllep one day and next day I won t or il sleep for a hour or mayb lik 8 to 9 hours some days but for the past 3days iv been feeling light headed.

Hello,

You are experiencing orthostatic hypotension. Kindly take plenty of fluids and stretch your feet and legs for 1-2 min before getting up from bed or chair to avoid serious hypotension event leading to fall. Also get you BP checked for the record.
