General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Tha pain in friont side of head that you feel while coughing is due to sinus involvement.
Take vapor inhalation with vicks/eucaliptus oil drops. This will relieve inflammation in sinus. You can take anti sllergic decongestant pill over the counter(synarest) twice a day after food.
Consult your family physician for prescribibg antibiotic if there is no reliefor if the problem increases.
Thanks.
