What Causes Constant Headaches In An Epileptic And COPD Patient?

I have had blackout seizures for 8 yrs. In the past 6 months the left side of my head has hurt a lot and never goes away. I also have COPD & Emphysema discovered around the same time as the seizures started. At times my head feels like its pressing against my skull on the same side. I ve had had dizzy spells that make me a little off balance, so I stumble or have to lean against things to straighten up. My seizure Dr never gives me the time to tell him anything and my wife is afraid of what he might say if I do.I also have severe Tinitus in my right ear/head that has been very loud in the last few months. So loud that it drives me nuts until it quiets down even a little. My Dr only says, there s nothing that can be done about it. I do know that medication & surgery doesn t work and will leave me with more scars than I want to have. I already have several from a car train crash in 1975 when I was only 17. My head hit the windshield 3 times before my car stopped flying in the air. My head is full of scars from the windshield. And I had a left index Ray amputation from a crush injury in 1989. Back to the head pain, I would like to know if there is something more happening in my head that I don t know about. Occasionally, my nose will bleed and fill up an area in my nose until it gets full and then pops and leaks out. Is there something else happening???
