Hello dear,
I understand your concerns. Please try to give away your anxiety.Neck pain can radiate to head and back in cases of cervical spondylosis, but for your age that is slightly unusual.TTH(Tension type headache) can sometimes have this kind of presentation and sometimes , even migraine can present this way.Lump below the hairline as you said is probably not related. For headache, a cervical spine digital x-ray may be done to rule out spondylosis. You need to visit a neurologist. For lump, you should see a general surgeon.I hope it helped.
