What Causes Constant Headache And Bowel Incontinence After A Head Injury?

Hello. I m 21 years old, and yesterday I had a little too much to drink while at the bar watching the games. I didn t drink any water or eat any food. So when I got home, I started to feel really dizzy and I passed out (which I know is probably from drinking only alcohol in the sun for 4 hours). I hit my head really hard on hardwood floor. Ever since then I ve been feeling nauseous and really sick to my stomach, and I m having incontinence problems with my bowels. I have a constant headache and I have a bump and bruise where I hit my head. I m also very lethargic. Thank you!

Nausea, vomiting, and headache is due to concussion al injury to head.
If the symptomatology continues, visit a neurologist and get a brain scan done.
