I have been getting very tired, at times while sitting at my desk while at work, I catch myself just about falling asleep. I also have noticed an achy/soreness feeling in my wrists, just an overall run down/ fatigued feeling. Coffee gives me a bit of a boost, its temporary. I have broken sleep at night, but when I do have a task to complete somehow I find enough energy to complete but shortly afterwards feel very drained, exhausted. I am not overweight, I am a white male, 55 years old, very fit, eat well too, 170lbs, 5 9 .
