What Causes Constant Diarrhea, Blood In Stool, Fatigue, Lightheadedness And Abdominal Spasms?
I am male, 22 years of age. I have been experiencing constant diarrhea along with blood in stool for three weeks now. I feel weak most of the time and have fatigue. Sometimes I feel light headed and sometimes I loose balance. I have stomach spasms and cramping. I ve been vomiting for about two weeks now and loose appetite. I usually now have to force myself to eat.
