What Causes Constant Diarrhea And Gurgling Sensation In The Abdomen?
I am having constant watery diarrhea. I has been going on for a few days but been accompanied by constant gurgling in my abdomen. I can t eat anything or drink anything without being in the bathroom for at least 10 - 20 min. No changes in diet or medication that I can think of. I have never heard this much noise coming from my belly and it has been all day for the last 24 hours. Help??

You may suffer from chronic parasitic infection and you should do more detailed stool analysis to verify exact cause of it. This may also be sign of inflammatory bowel diseases so colonoscopy may be required with biopsy of suspected mucosa.
