What Causes Constant Cough And Tickling Of Mucus In The Throat?

19, 5'1, 120 lbs, no known allergies or diseases, no smoking or drinking. I have been waking up coughing at night for the past several weeks and I just woke up and coughed up/threw up some brown spots in my phlegm. There is almost a constant tickle of mucus in the back of my throat.

The trickle is likely to be due to a sinus problem, please meet an ent doctor for confirming this and further treatment. Please dont worry, the cough will come down once the sinus issue is settled. Thanks
