What Causes Constant Bleeding From The Nasal Pore?

I have a single pore on my nose that has been bleeding pretty good for 20 mins or so. I have gotten the bleeding to stop, but it resumes at the slightest nudge. I have been blowing my nose a lot recently and have been using paper towels explicitly, which can sometimes be rough. Is the bleeding a result of the constant paper towel nose blowing or could it be something more serious?
