What Causes Constant Bladder Pressure Along With Tingling Sensation In Vagina?

I m a 49 year old female, 5 5, 148 lbs. In 2007 I had a partial hysterectomy and a Boston Scientific bladder sling put it. I haven t had any problems until this year. I have a sudden urge to urinate mostly when I try to relax. Now I have a strange vaginal feeling. I don t have the usual UTI symptoms, it s a tingling, annoying feeling with dull pain in my right inner thigh and back pain. Any thoughts?

might be having u ti. gofor urine test for culture and sensitivity. may be related to partial hysterectomy. give detail history of necessity of surgery. if itis malignancy then metastasis is to be excluded. get checked by gynechologist and if required oncologist may be consulted.
