What Causes Constant Anxiety And Panic Attacks?
Hello Doctor, my symptoms are: tightness in chest, and shortness of breath, overwhelmed with simple tasks, I see a heart specialist tomorrow, in 2013 went to hospital, thought it was a heart attack, they did a heart cath and diagnosed me with a panic attack. I have had an anxiety and panic disorder since 2011 due to a stressful, horrific event. If it is not my heart, my anxiety or panic events are almost constant but I do get some breaks where I can breath normal and catch my breath. Family history of heart problems: stroke, afib, pacer

even thougj you are having risk factor as family history but ur cardilogist could not find a problem ..please see that panic attack are too troublesome...so start deep breathing take some antianxiety drug or see a psychiatrist or neurologist he will surely help you
