What Causes Constant Abdominal Pain In A Woman With Ovarian Cyst?

5 months ago I had a abdo ultrasound because I wasn t feeling well. nausea, tired. the only thing they saw was an ovarian cyst left ovary 3 c. I am 69 and am having pain, llq. sharp intermittent pain now after two months it is more constant and achy. should I be scared.. I go to gyn tomorrow. t

Hi dear,
Many women with ovarian cysts experience this constant abdominal pain, caused by the cyst pushing the surrounding structures, by congestion of the area. It can cause pressure on the bladder too, making you to want to urinate more often. Scared is not the world I would use, but yes you have to take care of yourself. Going to gyn, best decision!
