What Causes Conjunctivitis?

Hi. My daughter has conjunctivitus and a fairly bad cold/flu symptoms. We recently discovered mice in our apartment which is currently being dealt with by professionals. Although I will be taking Her in to see a gp first thing in the morning, in concerned there could be a link. Is conjunctivitus a symptom of any known disease caused by coming into contact Witt mouse droppings?

Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic.

I reviewed your history.
It seems from the history that your daughter is having conjunctivitis. This is caused by infection with bacteria or viruses as a part of upper respiratory tract infection along with flu. This is not related to mouse droppings.
This requires treatment by use of antibiotics and anti inflammatory drugs.

Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Hope this is helpful to you.
Do write back to me for further questions.

Thank you
With regards
