What Causes Congested Sounds And Bleeding In Nose For A 4 Weeks Baby With Open Heart Surgery?
Our baby is 4 weeks old has had open heart surgery ( hybrid stage 1 ) and is home with us she has horrible reflux and is always making choking sounds congested sounds she just spit up out of her nose and mouth and nose begin to bleed some what do we need to do?

I would suggest further thorough reassessment by Pediatric Surgeon for further management. Baby will require evaluation by Upper gastrointestinal contrast to demonstrate degree and severity of reflux.
