What Causes Concussion And Pain In Center Of Chest?

I was doing a backflip and under rotated landing flat on my back from about six feet up. It knocked the wind out of me and gave me a little concussion. After it happened I have had sharp pain in the center of my chest when I move and when I take deep breaths. Do you have an idea of what could be wrong?

Thanks for your question on HCM.
In my opinion you are having musculoskeletal cause for your symptoms.
Since you are having all these trouble after your exercise, musculoskeletal cause appears more relevant.
So try to follow these steps for better symptomatic relief in muscular pain.
1. Avoid heavy weight lifting and strenuous exercise.
2. Avoid bad postures in sleep.
3. Avoid movement s causing pain.
4. Start good painkiller and muscle relaxant.
5. Apply warm water pad on affected site.
