What Causes Collapsing During Shower,rapid Heart Beat And Feeling Thirsty Suddenly?

hi i just took a hot shower and nearly collapsed in it, my heart started aching and racing. I suddenly got thirsty for ice cold water. When i just tried to cool down with hot water...my body felt like it was going to burst especialy wen cold water hit my head

Your symptoms are related to low blood pressure. It is caused the widening of blood vessels due to hot water.
Tachycardia and thirst are also caused by hot water.

You shouldn't worry, but it is recommended to get an ECG and EEG done.
I recommend you not to stay in the shower for a long time.
