Hello. I am 47 years old and I am finding myself waking up 2 hours before I am supposed to get up every morning in a cold sweat with my heart racing. I have trouble then falling back to sleep. Once I get up, my heart continues to race and then I have stomach issues which prevents me from eating breakfast. Once I am at work I find that I am over all of those symptoms and more than ready to tackle my day. What could be going on that is causing these things to happen?
