I just turned 50 last year And I have been feeling strange since January. I get cold and then break into a sweat for no reason. I don t have much energy. I have been experiencing itching around the genital area, and over the last month I broke out in a rash. The dr. Put me on an antibiotic for a sinus infection in Early March. That seemed to help me get back a little energy for a little while. Then I had a problem with some scar tissue in my abdominal area. The dr. Ordered a C-scan with contrast. I took the contrast on 4/16-17, thescan was on 4/17. On 4/18 the rash started. I thought it was heat rssh. The rash continued to spread. I had minor surgery on abdominal area. 4/21. Dr removed some of the scar tissue. Surgeon put me on Duricef 500mg. By 4/23 the rash had spread down the tops of my legs over most of my torso area and down the inside of my arms. Dr. Put me on steroids & benedrill. Rash cleared up. But hot flashes have started back up again and lack of energy and itching in genital area. Any clue what is going on?
