What Causes Cold Feeling Ache In Thigh?

I have a dull, cold feeling ache deep in my right thigh, that has spread to the back of my thigh now. It's not bad pain but it's constant and has been like that for 3 to 4 days now. Any ideas what it may be or how I should treat it. It's really annoying.

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

I have studied your case.

According to your history there is possibility of benign swelling around thigh.
I will advise you to do MRI and Ultrasound of thigh.

Till time you can take anti-inflammatory and antibiotic if infection is suspected.
Another possibility of nerve compression in spine can lead to thigh pain.
MRI spine will help in diagnosis.

Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.

Wishing you good health.

Take care.
