What Causes Cold And Tingling Sensation In The Left Side Of The Body?

Hi, I am a 20 year old female and I started having these weird cold sensations and tingling feeling down the left side of my body and it hasn t gone away and to add on to that I feel that some of my feeling on my left side has gone away. It just doesn t feel the same. I also have a weird feeling on the left side of my brain or head. It feels like tension sometimes or something that s squeezing my head. And to add my vision has gotten blurry and it has been like that for about 3 weeks. I just really want to know should I be worried because I m scared it could be something very very serious. Please help.

As per your history is concerned your symptoms is due to a number of reasons so do a fasting blood sugar and TSH test .if finding is normal do a MRI scan to ruled out any neurological mass.Take vitamin b12 injection 3 times a weakly for one month.Nothing to be worried at all. Thanks
