From beginning I caught cold. Cough, phlegm.tired, sleepy, for two weeks. Then cough became serious. i couldn t sleep in the bed, only sit, or 60-45degree. I feel very pain on left chest while I was caugh.I went to see my family doctor. She gave me drugs,Guaifenesin codeine, Azithomycin,Prednisone. And took a chest X ray. Two days after, Doctor told me that X ray report said you seems got pneumonia. Stop the prednisone. And continue to take another drug for about 4 days. Then I went to see doctor at second times, and took the second X-ray, now she told me your condition did not improved,so change drugs to Levofloxacim,i took about 7days, and go to see doctor, took the third X ray again, but not improved, now I take Levofloxcim again. But today my chest feel uncomfortable,what should I do please. This is my first time X ray result: Impression: Frontal and lateral views reveal a stable cardiomediastinal silhouette. However a left retrocardiac airspace opacity has since developed concerning pneumonia.Patient will require additional follow-up imaging in order to ducument complete resolution after conservative management as underlying malignancy may have a similar appearance. The remainder of the examination is unchanged. I didn t ask two of another X ray reports.
