What Causes Coital Cephalalgia?
I have had this problem every since I can remember. About one hour after ejaculating I will start having a headache, but it not just a normal headache. Its difficult to think, feels like my IQ has dropped 30 points, difficult to remember things, difficult to talk as clearly as I usually do. After 2 nights sleep the problem starts clearing up and gets better as time elapses. I have gone to a number of neurologists and none of them have been able to identify the issue.

Coital cephalalgia can sometimes be a serious medical condition. The exact cause of this has not yet been completely studied. However, I will try to explain you the basic understanding.
There are 2 types as far as it's known for now. The first happens immediately after orgasm and it is thought to be associated with increased straining of the muscles which increases pressure and thereby leading to headache. Next is where your intracranial pressure increases due the postures and physiological changes that happen upon having sexual intercourse.
Please be aware that at times this can even lead to intracranial hemorrhage and also leakage of csf. Although it's rare it's good to be aware and cautious.
