What Causes Coccyx Pain?

hi, i suddenly have developed pain in my coxis. i havent fallen on it - nothing i can think of caused this. I find it difficult to stand up after sitting and difficult to sit down. their is pain no where else in my body. what has happened and how can i sort this out? thank you Marie
