What Causes Clumpy Stools With Black Spots?

Im too embaressed to go to my parents about this. But, today i woke up and had to take a poo. I did and it came out in little clumps that had black spots on some of them. Later on in the day ive have very minor pain in my digestive tract and pooped / diarreahed like 5 times. Then last time i took a poo a little pebble came out little black spot on it but it had a bunch of mucous on it and the mucous had bright red in it. Then later on i took another poo but it was just a little bit of mucous with a little red in it. What is causing this i have the bubble guts on and off when i eat. Should i be worried or let it pass.

That indicate bleeding occur from upper GI tract.
Stomach or duodenal ulcer may cause pain and bleeding in stool.

Sometime indigestion of food may cause change in stool color.
Do stool examination test.
It helpful to know which type of infections is present.
