What Causes Cloudy Urine With Foul Smell?

For the past 10 days or so, I have noticed that my pee is cloudy, and on some other occasions, a white layer appears on top of my urine. It doesn t happen all the time. It happens roughly 1/3 of the times. I also noticed that my urine smells differently. I was wondering what may have caused it.PS: I caught a cold about a week ago and I m still taking antibiotics (penicillin v)

it may be albuminohrea. get the urine tested for presence of albumin and exclude phosphaturia. with these two test final diagnosis can be made.
