What Causes Cloudy Urine With Fishy Odor And Slight Cramping?

My urine is cloudy and has a fishy odor to it. I know this is not a vaginal smell, it is coming from my urine. I m also experiencing slight cramping that are similar to menstrual cramps. Should I just try to flush it with water or should I see a GP. I get UTI s very often but this definitely isn t one

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to urinary tract infection and associated bacterial vaginosis. Urine routine examination, swab test and culture should be done to rule out this. If positive it should be treated with proper antibiotic therapy. I also recommend to use intimate wash daily to normalize vaginal bacterial flora and PH.
