What Causes Cloudy Urine, Fever, Bloating, Back And Abdominal Pain?

either having brown cloudy urine or grey cloudy urine, no pain when I urinate but every time I get up I have to pee. It started around 3 months ago and about 2 months ago it started happening daily. I m also experiencing ups and downs with a fever constantly. I m pretty bloated, and having constant intense back and abdominal pain. Any idea what this could be?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Welcome to HCM.
I understand your concern.
Dusky coloured urine with pain and fever is suggestive of mostly urinary tract infection.
I would advice such a patient coming to me to do a few lab tests
1.Urine routine and culture/sensitivity
2.Blood sugar levels-Random to rule out diabetes.

Adv-Drink plenty of fluids.
Antipyretics like crocin can be used to control fever and pain,Urine alkalising agents can be used.
Follow up with lab reports with local doctor or urologist.
Thanks and regards.
