Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns....
As per your complain there is a possibility that due to severe impact with water while jumping there has been traumatic
injury to the
eardrum leading to perforation and clogged feeling and ringing can be due to it..
I would suggest you to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation can be diagnostic..
He can also advise otoscopy, Audiogram etc..
In case if there is a minor perforation antibiotics, anti-inflammatory painkiller,
steroids and oral and nasal decongestant can help..
In case of large perforation surgical patching has to be done..
As of now avoid swimming, prevent exposure to loud sounds, do not ise ear phones and also avoid popping the ears to unclog..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
