What Causes Clear Saliva Like Fluid To Drip From Nose Without Warning?

A clear fluid drips from my nose without warning at random times. Most of the time I was bent over, and figured it was saliva running through my sinus. But it has happened up right and laying down side ways with a pillow. Should I be concerned about this? Its been at least 6 months since I have first noticed this anomaly. Thank you

clear fluid can run from nose. it may be allergic rhinits. take levocetrizine 5mg tablet daily and apply nasibion nasal drop. saliva can not run through sinus. there is nosuch conection. as such saliva can dribble from mouth.
