What Causes Clear Pus Filled Bumps Under The Breasts?

I keep getting these clear puss filled bumps under my boob. At first I thought it was from a heat rash, but then I ended up with 3 of these bumps that became red, swollen and painful. 1 seems to have gone away on it s own, the other 2 formed a small hole and drained out. What drained out was clear puss like, with a little blood and it smelled bad, what could these bumps be? and what could be causing them?

Welcome to the HCM.
Dear it could be infection.From your history it seems that small bumps got infected and pus is sign of infection.Which needs proper antibiotic course.I would suggest get swab test done and get checked by doctor in person to discuss wether it needs draining too with antibiotic course.
