What Causes Clear Mucus Leaking Out Of My Anus During Bowel Movement?

hi i broke my back two years ago and my feeling has gone in my anus so i have to do a manual evacuation every morning . for about 18 months ive been getting clear mucus leaking out of my anus but only when i have had a bm .if i dosnt happen unless i have a bm . can you help . thanks
