What Causes Clear Drainage Along With Pain In Ear?

I accidentally put the q-tip to far into my ear. At first I had a lot of pain. After lying down, when I got up there was blood in my ear. No more blood at this time, I have a clear drainage and still have some ear pain. Should I be seen by a doctor?

Clear drainage anf pain in ear after pentrating injury may have prforated your ear drum that is tympanic membrane , you must get examined fromENT specialist. If i have to treat such a patient i will advice no ear drops only cotton plug, cap amoxy 625 twice a day, tab ciprofoxacin 500mg twic a day , tab metronidazole 400mgt twice a day.
