Hello! Welcome to HealthcareMagic!

Vomiting at night in a child or teenager, needs attention. The cause can be from a simple reflux to anxiety to surgical issues. To begin with, keep a weight chart over 7 days. Weight loss will need attention. Is this related to her menstrual cycles or fever? Related to any particular type of food? She surely needs to have a talk with the GP for a focused attention.
