I am experiencing chronic pain in my neck and shoulders and the pain at times radiates down my upper arm. I have been told that Ct scans done in 2008 after an rear end auto accident show some narrowing at C5-C6. There is slight retrolistheses of C5 with respect to both C5 and C6. I have mild foraminal narrowing at C5-6. I am 75 yrs. old. Does this condition get progressively worse with age and is there anything that can be done to relieve the pain or keep the condition from getting worse?
