Hi

Greetings from HealthcareMagic!

Common causes for body pains are vitamin-D deficiency, anemia, stress, fibromyalgia. AS your daughter was also having headache, we can suspect fibromyalgia and stress. In these 2 cases headache is associated.

Go for blood tests of Vit-D and Hemoglobin to rule out Vit-D deficiency and anemia. In case of stress you can relieve stress conditions and use antidepressants like Duloxetine. In case of myalgia use a muscle relaxant Cyclobenzaprine.

Ice packs will definitely help to some extent.

Take Care!
