What Causes Chronic Joint Pains With Body Tremors And Facial Paralysis?

I am a male 44 years of age i have apnea, i am experiencing hot flashes, muscle and joint pain, sever day time fatigue, some headaches that result in facial paralysis, constant body jerks. At one time I had been diagnosed with a dermoid tumor located by the pituitary gland. Need good advice Thanks,
