What Causes Chronic Itchy Boils On The Penis?

I had reddish boils on the tip of my penis with a lot of itching. I have applied Quadriderm (clotrimazole) cream. It disappeared for a while and back again now without itching. Now it is two weeks and it is getting worse. What could be the reason and what is the remedy? I had these in the past but it used to disappear with Quadriderm.

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. If you send a picture then it will be more helpful in identifying. It can be due to Fordyce spots also. This is non harming lesions. Taking anti oxidants and garlic will be helpful for this. Local application of tretinoin cream is helpful also. A consultation with a dermatologist is well appreciated to rule out the condition.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
