General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
I understand your concern.

Chronic headache may be because of migraine /hypertension/opthalmic problem.
Stomach pain may be due to gastritis caused by diclofenac. You need to avoid using NSAIDs.
Stomach pain can be taken care of by anatacids like Ranitidiine or PPIs like omeprazole for 5-7 days.
First the cause of chronic headache needs to be evaluated .
I advise investigations like CT scan Head,BP measurement, blood haemogram and a opthalmic checkup by eye specialist to rule out glaucoma.
Further management will depend on underlying cause.
If all causes are ruled ,migraine becomes the more obvious cause.
It can be treated by analgesics like acetaminophen for acute attack .Drugs like rizatriptan/sumatriptan are needed for prevention of further attack.
Have adequate rest in calm dark room.
Avoid triggering factors like alcohol, caffeine, bright lights, noise, stress.
You need to visit neurologist/internal medicine specialist in all this regard.

Hope I answered your query.
Feel free to ask any more doubt.
