What Causes Chronic Diarrhea?
Hi dr I am suffering gor more than 6 yesrs with IBS diarrhea. All necessaty tests was done without any help. I put myself now on a glutenfree diet. There are a change for the better but sometimes the diarrhea is back and I have to spend hours 8n the toilet and I duffer then with severe colic pains. Is there any one that can help me plz. As per your history, it may be due to irritable bowel syndrome.
For that you can take tablet loperamide. Keep your self hydrated by electral sachet
In case of not getting relief, you may require Colonoscopy after gastroenterologist consultation. Kindly watch for symptoms like blood in stool.
In that case you may require stool analysis and ultrasound abdomen after consultation
