What Causes Chronic Diarrhea In A Toddler?

Hello. We recently moved states and our 3 year old child has had on again off again foamy diarrhea for the whole move. It’s been at least a month now and it comes and goes. She will have a solid poo a few times, then diarrhea, then foamy water out of her butt, then a solid stool and repeat every few days. I don’t know what to do! Is it allergies? IBS? Celiacs disease? Help!
