What Causes Chronic Cough?

I have cough all the time..if i do exertion..it gets worse..i start coughing soon after my exercise or any physical stress related work.i have some threads like structures in my mucous..though they are not black..its like transparent .or white.in the morning i have to do lot of coughing to clear my nose..is anything serious about this..please help n tell about treatment

Hi,
Thanks for the query.I understand your conxern.
You seem to have allergic brochitis or asthma.you need medicines for dialatation of bronchi( in injectsble,pill or syrup form or inhalaets / cough syrup of mucolytic pro/ .nti allrrgic pikk for prevention/some times histamin blocker like MMontelucast or stetoids are needed fòr fast relief or avoiding recurrance.
You should avoid exposure to alletgen/avoid exertion ,eat tollerated nutritious food.
Do regular gargles,take nasal vapor,desensatization of allergy under guidance of a chest physician /allergy specialist.
