What Causes Chronic Cough And Puffy Eyelids In An Infant?
My daughter had a vsd repair at 9 months old. She is now 6 and I ve had no concerns until now. She s been having terrible coughing fits. Puffy eyelids. Any normal person would think allergies. I m wondering if there could be a correlation between the vsd repair and the allergy symptoms.
