What Causes Chronic Cough And Fatigue?

I have a bad cough. I went to doctor and he prescribed z pack (which never works) and prednlsolone and an inhaler. After finishing my prescriptions I don t feel any better. My cough is so bad that sometimes I feel like i am going to black out. My energy level is very low and all I want to do is sleep. I was diagnosed with broncitis. Was i misdiagnosed or was i given the wrong medication?

Hi welcome to the health care magic

Cough due to bronchitis needs antibiotic and decongestant drugs

You was given both this group drugs

Now as you are not improving I would like to suggest you to investigate with chest x ray and sputum examination and culture....

If needed throat swab can be taken

Let me know you if you are having acid reflux problem otherwise acid reflux can lead cough

According to reports further management will be decided
