General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Consult a gastroenterologist and get an endoscopy done to look for any possible tumor or lump in the throat. We have to rule out conditions like gastric reflux also as it can cause similar symptoms. As of now you can take antacids like Omeprazole or Pantoprazole for symptomatic relief.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
