What Causes Chills, Diarrhea And Fever?

52 yr old white female 3 nights ago had multiple moskito bites Tonight has experienced rather sudden onset of the following symptoms: 1. Chills (is currently in warm water in bathtub and still has goosebumps , still feels cold; temperature 96.4 degrees F; 2. Possible diarrhea, or feeling of need to deficate; 3. The chills have stopped now; 4. Now feels nauseous; 5. Now feels like she has a fever.

if had history of mosquito bite, that fever and chills may be symptom of malaria, but is better to send for laboratory investigations to confirm it.
Also the symptoms of diarrhea, fever can be caused by typhoid fever,Amobeasis so is better send her to laboratory checking for typhoid(widal test) and stool analysis.
