Can I type in my symptoms and see what might be the problem? I ve been fighting piriformis syndrome since August. I re-injured it from 2 yrs ago. It took a while to heal the first time but this time I ve followed my PT s exercises to the T, since September. Dry needling helps for awhile, but as soon as I run or dance, it flares up the next day. I also injured my left knee, hard fall on roller skates in November. PT recently ordered MRI for lower back (possibly linked to piriformis) and left knee and it basically found nothing but signs of aging in my left knee). Lately my body has had difficult time regulating temperature. I get chills and shake, but it s not immediately following a hot flash... just comes on several times a day. I ve had diarrhea for the past few days... Mammography called me today and said they want to redo some images as the doc found something questionable. Not sure if any of these things are related, but the chills and the lethargy are relatively new.
