What Causes Chest Tightness With History Of Aortic Valve Replacement?

I had an aortic valve replacement in 2008. Recently I have been having short episodes of tightness in chest and can t breath. Usually when laying down or sitting back on the couch. Only lasts a few seconds until I can sit fully up and take a breath. I do have sleep apnea. Last visit to cardiologist found no significant degrading of the valve. Any suggestions?

HI
Well come to HCM
With the history of valve replacement certain clinical symptoms are very likely some time these would be minor one and does not need any treatment because that could be nonspecific, but all the symptom being taken seriously by cardiologist and investigated and if found something wrong then this is being treated accordingly, if your cardiologist advised you nothing in this way that could prove something serious then no need to worry about this, just take it easy, have a good day.
