What Causes Chest Tightness And Difficulty In Breathing?
I am having issues breathing , I m a large man very over wieght but never had issues breathing... I. The last couple weeks it seems to be getting worse... Tightness in the chest causes discomfort to the point I can t sleep when I lay down and a buildup of mucus in constant.

I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that your chest pain need to be investigated first and the best option is EKG test you need to get done this test, if this turned unremarkable then you can try the "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day" for few weeks, take care and have a nice day.
