Recently at night when I turn onto my right side to go to sleep, I have been experiencing at times, chest pressure with slight weakness in left arm, pressure below my shoulder blades in my back and belching. I also have difficulty in catching my breath, not usually associated with the chest pressure, which can happen at anytime of the day. I thought it might be gallbladder attacks, but don t know. Would you be able to help?
